This innovation prevents the “ringing noise” of the runner pin on the base, when the office chair is rolled over an uneven surface (e.g. tiled floor). As a result of the double circlip, the runner pin is fixed in the mounting hole of the base free of clearance.

Advantages:  

• No “ringing noise” any more caused by the shaking roller pin
• Can be inserted into metal or plastic bases
• A patent has been applied for the double circlip system
• Due to the double circlip, greater dimensional deviations in the base borehole can be compensated as well
• The runner pin can also be inserted into flat bases from 20 mm of bore depth
• The wear of the base borehole is reduced
